Se adauga cele doua tipuri de faina, sarea si la urma ovazul. Cel mai usor si rapid mod este folosirea unui mixer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Consistenta aluatului trebuie sa fie intre cea a laptelui si smantanii. Aceste ciuperci, la tara, se fac pe plita de la soba .. am incercat sa le imitam pe tigaia gratar pentru aragaz.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rezultatul a fost niste ciuperci moi si cu o aroma foarte puternica .. simti doar ciupercile, fiindca nu sunt gatite decat cu sare si apa lasata de ele.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mi s-a confirmat din nou ca retetele dietetice sunt cele mai pline de savoare .. poate datorita simplitatii lor?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Incercati-le si nu uitati sa ne scrieti parerea voastra, va rog!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;ciuperci Champignon medii, cate bucati doriti&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/8 lingurita de sare pentru fiecare bucata&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Se spala bine si se inlatura coditele (pastrati-le la frigider pentru alt preparat).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se infierbanta tigaia (neunsa) pe foc mic si se aseaza fiecare palarie, evitand mijlocul tigaii (pentru ca zona e prea incinsa).
